6 Pair Stainless Steel Drop Wire Clamp is a type of telephone wire clamp, which is designed to support 6 pair telephone drop wires at span clamps, drive hooks, and various drop attachments.
The Stainless Steel Drop Wire Clamp is made from high-grade #304 stainless steel, with dimpled / serrated / Neoprene shime types. For business customers around the world, we also provide customized production with drawing and printing.
Being the telecom and power utility hardware factory, we mainly produce two types of drop wire clamps, 1 pair – 2 pair wire clamps and 6 pairs wire clamps. Our wire clamps products are available in various materials and lengths. All can be customized according to your specific requirement.

Installation:
- Place the neutral messenger cable in shell of the clamp body.
- Then, put shime on top of cable with raised embossings against cable.
- Once located, insert wedge in shell (on top of shim) and slide to engage. Small end of wedge should be initially engaged in track of large end of shell.
- Place bailwire on “B” drop wire hook (ram’s horn) with wedge loose. Pull drop wire through clamp until proper sidewalk/alley clearance is achieved.
- Hold clamp and pull tightly to make sure that the cable does not slide from the clamp.
