- Free sample:
We offer free samples to customers. Custom samples for customers are usually free as well, except for the model costs. - Custom options
- Stainless steel strappings are available in both standard and custom thickness, width, length, and material. The steel strappings are packaged in paper or plastic boxes. The plastic box is available in 4 colors, red, blue, white and black. The logo on the package can be customized.
- Drop wire clamp series are available in all styles in the market and generally do not require customization.
- Pole line products are customizable and involve custom processes including stamping, welding and injection molding.
- The pipe clamp series has a wide range of options and can be customized with materials, styles, and mounting forms.

- The size and weight of package
The product will be packed bags, then inner boxes, and master cartons at last. The master carton is generally within 40cm in length / width / height, and the weight is generally no more than 20kg. - Packaging
Usually, cartons are packed on pallets and fixed, then put into containers. The departure ports for sea shipping are Tianjin and Ningbo ports. Airports are in Beijing, Shanghai and Ningbo. Optional courier includes UPS/FEDEX/DHL/TNT, etc. - Lead time
The lead time for orders is about 15 days, and will vary with the quantity of the order. Samples are usually delivered in about 3 days, and custom samples are available on a case by case basis.
How to order
- Contact us by Email/Whatsapp/Wechat/Phone, or leave a message on the website. Tell us the details of your inquiry (like product, quantity, destination). For custom product, it’s better to include a picture.
- After confirming the details of inquiry, you will get a quotation and lead time within one day. Before placing an order, you can get a sample for free. The quality of mass production will be equal to the sample.
- Payment term: usually 30% T/T in advance, the balance paid against the copy of B/L.
- We accept inspection on-site after production finished, and we also provide detailed pictures of the products and packaging before delivery.
- We provide 7*24 hours after-sales service.
- Regular after-sales follow up. Your suggestions and comments are highly appreciated, which will help to improve our products and services.

Q：How to choose the material of stainless steel strippings?
A: The stainless steel material determines the physical and chemical properties of the stainless steel strip.
Different environments have different requirements for the performance of stainless steel strips. Appropriate stainless steel materials can do our job and help us save money.
- 201 stainless steel has high tensile strength, strong oxidation resistance and moderate corrosion resistance. 201 stainless steel strip can be applied to general outdoor environment. Rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, it can ensure that it can withstand the humidity and ultraviolet environment of the outdoor environment and is still stable.
- 304 stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance and high toughness. 304 stainless steel belt can be used in some environments that need to withstand chemical corrosion, such as chemical plants and paper mills. It has stronger resistance to intergranular corrosion, which can ensure that your work is foolproof.

A: The difference between hot-dip galvanizing/ electro-galvanizing/ dacromet/ mechanical galvanizing
- Hot dip galvanizing:
The zinc block is melted into liquid at high temperature, and then the product is soaked in the zinc liquid, and then solidified and stabilized, so that the zinc layer better sticks to the surface of the product
The thickness of the zinc layer of hot-dip galvanizing is generally high and the anti-rust time is long. The only disadvantage is that the price is relatively expensive - Electro-galvanized:
Zinc becomes zinc ion through electrolysis, and zinc is attached to the surface of the product in the form of ion
The thickness of the zinc layer of electro-galvanized zinc is thin, the zinc layer is not easy to fall off, the anti-rust time is relatively short, and the price is very good - Dacromet:
The advantage is that the corrosion resistance is the best and the appearance is the most beautiful. The disadvantage is that the dacromet, which is relatively easy to be scratched on the surface, is exposed to the air after being scratched, resulting in corrosion. The price is similar to electroplating. Zinc, if it is scratched aside, it is the best anti-rust - Mechanical galvanizing:
Different from hot-dip galvanizing, mechanical galvanizing is that zinc powder is heated and sprayed on the surface of the product, which is not easy to be scratched. The price is slightly higher than Dacromet, but lower than hot-dip galvanizing. The anti-rust time is second only to hot Dip galvanizing, the only sure point is that after a period of time, the surface of the zinc layer is oxidized from bright color to gray black, but the product itself is not oxidized
