1-2 Pair Aluminum Drop Wire Clamp contains shell, shim, and Wedge equipped with tail wire
1-2 Pair Aluminum Drop Wire Clamps are used to support one and two-pair telephone drop wire at span clamps, drive hooks, and various drop attachments. Drop wire clamps shall hold, without slippage, a suitable length of drop wire until a sufficient load is applied to break the drop wire or to a maximum load of 555 lb.
Main Features:
- Aluminum drop wire clamps are stamped from 5052 H34 Aluminum.
- Bail wires are formed from 430 Stainless Steel.
- Provided with a serrated shim to increase hold on drop wire.
- Drop wire clamps shall hold, without slippage, a suitable length of drop wire until the sufficient load is applied to break the drop wire or to a maximum load of 555 pounds.
