Description

Heavy Duty Steel Saddle Clamps with anchor/grip type full saddle clamp, designed to anchor or grip the pipe tightly in all directions. The pipe straps accommodate 10mm-50mm pipes and have 2 holes to secure them in place.

By having the inside height of the clamp less than the inside diameter, it sits proud on top of the pipe. Then, as the bolts are tightened, the clamp slightly bends around the pipe. This means there is often a small designed in the gap between the clamp and the fixing surface.

1. Zinc plated – A 3-micron plating is applied to the steel to give a shiny finish. Although it does afford some protection this is best suited to an indoor use.
2. Galvanised – A duller finish than zinc plated, typically 50 microns thick covering of Zinc and therefore provides much more protection suitable for many outdoor applications.
3. Powder Coated – A finishing process to add decorative colors or textures in a wide array of colors and styles, providing a protective layer that makes the saddle pipe clips more durable and eco-friendly.
