Description
Ratchet Banding Tool is a high-quality ratchet-type heavy duty forged steel strapping tool. Durable tensioner metal banding tool with cutter and hammer knob can be used on bandwidths of 1/4” to 3/4” and thickness up to 0.03” (0.76mm).
With this high quality rachet banding tool, you can install stainless steel band for fixing signs to power poles, and even cut the band for a safe, clean crimp.

Application of Band & Buckle with Ratchet Banding Tool

- Cut a fixed length of stainless steel strap from one roll, but a buckle into one side, reserve 5cm length in advance from the point buckle stops.
- Install the buckle and thread the band through the buckle.
- Hold stainless steel strap with the bracket strapping tool, and swing arms to pull stainless steel strap tightly in the right way.

- After reaching tension point, fold tool over to create the lock and cut off using the integrated cutter.

- Hammer out two edges of the buckle to fix reserved stainless steel strap part.
